Residential Comprehensive Cleaning Services:
– Wipe front and back of cabinet doors, paying close attention to handles
– Wash countertops and clean outside of fridge
– Clean inside and out of microwave, cutlery drawer, and hood vent
– Scrub and polish glass stovetops
– Use gentle cloth and polish on stainless steel stovetops
– Scrub and wash cast-iron or metal grates thoroughly
– Maintaining a clean kitchen can promote good hygiene and prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
– Wall washing, chrome polishing, and window track cleaning
– Thorough cleaning of toilet, toilet paper holder, tub, shower, and sink
– Wiping down of any areas surrounding the toilet
– Changing and wiping down of the garbage can
– Neatly folding towels and toilet paper
– Leaving mirrors spotless
– Either a dust or vacuum of bed frames
– Wiping of side tables, light switches, lamps, doors, and door frames
– Spot cleaning of walls
– Vacuuming and mopping
– Baseboards, mirrors, windowsills, door handles, sliding glass doors, railings, and a general tidy

We offer this service to our residential ongoing clients as well as our move out/in customers.
– Carpet, stairs, dining chairs, couches, mattresses, and more.
65$ machine fee + $43.50 hourly rate that includes as much carpet and upholstery cleaning as you’d like.

Our Rates & Service Charges
For general residential cleaning our prices vary.
For move in/out work we charge $47.50 hr per person, this price reflects all kitchen cleaning (oven) with no additional charges.
If you have to cancel within 24hrs of your scheduled service a fee of 50% your average bill will be charged.
